Account Executive/Outside Sales - No License Required.
*VERY AGGRESSIVE COMP PLAN. Minimum of 10-60 Basis Points and because of our phenomenal pricing engine we will allow you to charge overage which you can keep 50% of as well.
Although we encourage you to bring on your existing accounts, we will be supplying you with fresh leads to go after daily.
Compensation: Commissions + full benefits will be provided (benefits after a 90 day period).
Twin Capital is a wholesale mortgage banking company providing Conforming/Hi-Balance/Jumbo/FHA & VA loans to both mortgage brokers and the retail and reverse marketplace. We are currently recruiting Account Executives who will manage mortgage broker accounts, maintain loan submission pipelines and facilitate transactions between brokers and internal operations. Previous Wholesale Mortgage sales experience preferred, your accounts will be handled with only the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. This industry has changed so much. Responsibilities
" Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals.
" Responsible for executing all initial phases of the sales cycle such as guideline knowledge, file submission, tracking and broker communication.
" Daily accountability: 20-30 account calls, 2-3 submissions, 1 funding.
" Close 10-15 transactions per month ($15k - $25k income).
" Track prospects and associated client opportunities.
" Work collaboratively with your Account Manager to drive revenue growth and retain current clients.
We have a broker to banker platform.
Skills/Qualifications
" 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
" Must demonstrate a high level of sales skills including the ability to close new business, persuade others and handle objections.
" Track record of consistently hitting quotas & driving new business.
" High need for achievement and competition. Must love to compete and win.
" Enthusiastic, optimistic & certain of victory. Unfazed by rejection.
" Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
" Strong organization and time management skills.
" Exceptional phone skills. Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects.
" Takes initiative.
" Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs.
" Demonstrates good judgment and integrity. Professional at all times.
" Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager. Resourceful. Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success.
