Primary Responsibilities
*Build lasting partnerships with realtors and builders
*Originate quality loans for your customers
*Provide excellent service
*Complete 1003 residential loan application for each customer
*Obtain supporting income documentation
*Gather executed RESPA forms
*Order Title search and appraisal Requirements
*At least one year Full Time employment in mortgage origination
*Outstanding understanding of the mortgage industry and the local real estate market
*Excellent sales and consulting skills
*Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and Government lending guidelines
*PC literacy in Word, Excel, Email and the Internet
*High School Diploma or GED
